  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of sales management experience.

  • Experience overseeing a team of 10+ inside sales professionals.
  • Background working in B2B sales, managing KPIs and revenue goals of $80M–$100M.
  • Experience navigating fast‑growth or highly dynamic sales environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned to business and market needs.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics to ensure team success.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Conduct consistent call coaching sessions and crucial conversations to support development.
  • Attend customer appointments, account reviews, and trade shows as needed.
  • Leverage systems, tools, and reporting to meet deliverables and drive operational excellence.
  • Maintain strong communication with business partners and leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new associates.
  • Provide performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
