A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative In this pivotal role, you will support daily customer account operations and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of client orders. You will: Prepare customer quotes, including pricing reviews, delivery schedules, and quote terms. Process customer purchase orders with precision and efficiency. Manage order status using backlog reports, open order reports, internal systems, and customer portals. Track and follow up on quote logs, open orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and on‑time delivery. Serve as a key liaison between customers and suppliers. Support the sales team with business development initiatives and respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQs). Deliver consistent, high‑quality account management to both new and established clients. Requirements
