Iron Mountain is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our Tampa Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically managing and prospecting within a defined book of business. You will be a key player in the Inside Sales team as we establish and grow our new location in Tampa, Florida, making a real impact and driving success from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with a proven track record of consistently achieving high performance and successfully managing a book of business.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams), leveraging these tools for data analytics, forecasting outcomes, and driving profitable growth.
  • Proven ability in strategic thinking and complex negotiations, including the skills to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals in complex sales cycles.
  • A resilient, self-motivated, and organized approach, with a strong curiosity for uncovering new opportunities and a demonstrated capacity for adaptability and drive.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Drive Sales Growth: Proactively prospect within a defined book of business, schedule remote customer meetings, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure, recording all activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their organizational goals, and aligning their needs with Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
  • Ensure Retention and Compliance: Facilitate contract renewals, collaborate with renewal teams to retain at-risk accounts, and lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring seamless customer service and operational alignment.
