Location: Appliance Park - Louisville, KY (On-site) The Senior Inside Sales Professional manages all accounts for assigned geographic territories and works towards developing and achieving specified sales plans while providing world class customer experiences that ensure the highest quality of product delivery. This individual is responsible for current As – Is customers, finding new customers, partnering with distribution on managing inventory and is accountable for exceeding assigned upon budgeted goals for the Secondary Market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of (5) years relevant experience
  • Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, GEA preferred
  • Working knowledge of internal GEA ordering process and systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop market strategies, including competitive intelligence.
  • Onboard accounts with agreements and financials.
  • Work with pricing and promotions to get commercial requests approved.
  • Work with the distribution team on strategies for reducing inventory, addressing quality and policy
  • Partner with IT and Accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with Factories, ADC’s and SDS to manage inventory and improve flow of goods and build quality loads
  • Be able to present to executive level GEA leadership on the state of the business and opportunities
  • Develop sales relationships with current customers through with excellent communication skills
  • Partner with customers at all levels from store managers to CEO
  • Execute commercial actions, promotions and programming to grow sales and keep inventory at acceptable levels
  • Educate field sales on AS-IS programs and policies
  • Support the field that calls on their dealers that also deal in AS-Is business.
  • Work under tight deadlines and be able to prioritize tasks.
