About The Position

Join AT&T’s Sales team to connect customers with innovative solutions in cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, IoT, and more. This role focuses on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field, while also collaborating with the team from an assigned office location when not in the field. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth and retention by selling the organization's products and services via telephone within designated market areas or assigned accounts. AT&T, a pioneer in connectivity for nearly 150 years, aims to lead the industry in technology and community by helping families, communities, and businesses thrive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of sales related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by retaining existing customers, achieving sales quotas, and upselling to create incremental new business.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage account escalations, and ensure direct communication with key decision makers.
  • Successfully close sales deals, deliver on sales metrics, and secure renewal and new contracts to meet performance targets.
  • Assess and understand customer needs to tailor solutions, leveraging a consultative approach to meet strategic business priorities and apply the latest technologies.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify key customer needs, utilizing this knowledge to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score - NPS).
