Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience.
A license to practice in casualty insurance.
Experience in casualty insurance is essential.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for client service.

Responsibilities

Handle accounts with low to medium complexity.
Support senior brokers with medium to large books of business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Ensure smooth internal processes to deliver client-facing services.
