The Senior Innovation Manager at the Center for Health Care Transformation and Innovation (CHTI) plays a pivotal role in designing and executing projects throughout their entire life cycle. This position is integral to spearheading high-impact innovation initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to drive the transformation of health care delivery. The Senior Innovation Manager will have strategic oversight and advanced project management responsibilities, working closely with senior leadership to ensure the successful implementation of transformative solutions. At Penn Medicine, the Center for Health Care Transformation and Innovation is dedicated to facilitating the rapid, disciplined development, testing, and implementation of new strategies aimed at reimagining health care delivery. The focus is on improving patient outcomes, enhancing the patient and clinician experience, and reducing the cost of care. The Center believes that significant improvements in patient health and health care delivery can be achieved through quick, low-cost experiments, scaling only after identifying high-impact solutions. The role also involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple innovation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and overseeing project development activities to ensure successful adoption of innovative solutions.
