About The Position
As a Senior Design Engineer on our Process and Innovation Engineering team, you'll lead the charge in developing cutting-edge surface finishes, coatings, graphics, textures, and aesthetic materials for golf clubs and golf balls. Your work will enhance both the performance and visual appeal of our products, ensuring they stand out on the course. This role sits at the intersection of industrial design and mechanical engineering, requiring both technical expertise and a creative mindset to transform bold ideas into manufacturable solutions. You'll take aesthetic innovations from concept to proof-of-concept, leveraging your experience in metal casting, forging, machining, injection molding, and surface finishing techniques to bring designs to life. As a key player in our innovation efforts, you'll lead multiple projects, working hands-on to prototype and validate new aesthetic technologies and materials. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering, R&D, and suppliers to refine concepts and assess mass production feasibility. Engage with global suppliers and occasionally travel internationally to oversee prototype evaluations and process validation.
