In this exciting role as a Senior Injection Molding Engineer supporting Connectors Manufacturing, you will be responsible for supporting the production of high-quality components used in implantable medical devices. The Brooklyn Center facility is dedicated to the design, development, and production of components for various Medtronic businesses. In this position, you will gain experience with products across Medtronic’s portfolio, fostering your professional development and growth. Reporting to the Connectors Engineering Manager, you will focus on enhancing manufacturing quality, reducing lead times, and lowering costs through active problem-solving, developing solutions, and implementing process changes in compliance with the quality system.
