The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the Arthritis Foundation’s technology infrastructure. This role oversees the management, configuration, and ongoing reliability of computing systems while partnering closely with managed service providers, vendors, and cloud-based SaaS and IaaS platforms. This position plays a proactive role in maximizing system uptime, minimizing disruptions, and continuously improving infrastructure performance. Responsibilities include hardware and software implementation, systems configuration, process documentation, technical research, and the deployment of tools that advance the Foundation’s business and mission needs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, systems administration, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools. You will also serve as a trusted technical advisor to the VP of IT. This role contributes to technical strategy, communicates project status with transparency, and helps guide infrastructure decisions that support long-term organizational growth.
