We are looking for a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and contribute to the design, deployment, and management of enterprise infrastructure systems. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our IT operations across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a passion for automation, and a strong understanding of enterprise IT systems.

Administering and optimizing corporate server infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise applications.
Collaborating with security, facilities, and engineering teams to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment.
Designing and documenting system architectures and service integrations for new technologies.
Implementing robust monitoring and alerting strategies using tools like PRTG or LogicMonitor.
Leading initiatives to enhance system availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
Developing automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure operations.
Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Managing global Active Directory domains, including Group Policy and OU structures.
Conducting quality assurance to enforce IT standards and best practices.
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience.
Expertise in Active Directory domain management and Group Policy design.
Strong experience with VMware administration and datacenter infrastructure.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and system management.
Solid understanding of database technologies (MSSQL, MySQL, RDS).
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven ability to manage infrastructure in diverse, multi-platform environments.
Experience with enterprise storage, backup systems, and endpoint management.
Familiarity with Office 365, Exchange Online, InTune, Security Defender and hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with endpoints and servers patching tools.
Experience supporting Linux and MacOS environments.
Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions.
Server infrastructure platforms (Cisco UCS, Nutanix).
Experience with backup platforms (e.g., Rubrik, Druva).
Familiarity with enterprise applications (O365, Google Workspace, Box).
Relevant certifications in such as Microsoft infrastructure certification (Server, endpoint, etc…), CCNA with specialization (Security, Wireless), Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) and VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
