Requirements

Progressive experience in IT infrastructure, application development, and data management.
Proven track record in managing complex technical programs and cross-functional teams.
IaC (Infrastructure as Code) experience using Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Prometheus or Grafana.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, network architectures, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Iceberg and DeltaLake.
Familiarity with modern software development practices, system integration, and application performance optimization.
Experience with DevOps, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML integration in data management and infrastructure optimization.
Proficiency in program/project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira).
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in risk management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Architect and oversee IT infrastructure projects, advanced application integrations, and big data initiatives.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to teams, ensuring best practices in design, development, and operations.
Act as a technical expert, resolving complex issues and guiding architectural decisions.
Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans for multi-disciplinary technical programs.
Coordinate between technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks throughout program lifecycles.
Establish metrics and reporting tools to monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units, ensuring translation of business requirements into viable technical solutions.
Lead cross-functional meetings to review project status, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
Champion automation, agile methodologies, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data insights and industry best practices.
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting to align technical programs with overall business initiatives.
