The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test including test requirements, test system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop, computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory management.

  • Provide Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and compliance with the ultimate responsibility to maintain test integrity and the availability for our test systems.
  • Administer/Support Code Management Tools including but not limited to, Azure DevOps, Git, GitLab, BitBucket.
  • Support Automation Platforms including but not limited to Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet.
  • Administer Windows/Linux Servers.
  • Develop Cybersecurity compliant Test Environments/Test Equipment (Linux, Windows).
  • Install software packages/updates to enhance operations and testing of production hardware.
  • Troubleshoot production and development TE to ensure connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity.
  • Collaborate with Digital Technologies to integrate localized Development Environments to Enterprise Environments.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity to ensure Test Environment compliance (using tools such as Nessus, Splunk, Ivanti, System Hardening).
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure changes do not affect the availability or test integrity on the TE.
  • Support any and all reviews required prior for implementation of any changes to the TE.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Minimum five (5) years of prior relevant experience with systems administration of Windows or Linux Server Operating Systems within Enterprise Environments.
  • Experience administering any of the following Code Management Tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, GitLab, and/or BitBucket.
  • Experience administering any of the following DevOps Automation Tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and/or Puppet.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • DoD 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, etc.).
  • Experience with Operational Technology environments.
  • Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, IIS, Apache.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure components, primarily in AWS and Azure.
  • Troubleshooting ability with all Microsoft Windows and Linux systems to quickly return system to operational status.
