About The Position

In this role, you will be at the forefront of protecting sensitive data and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will develop and maintain security controls, manage incidents, and ensure that the organization's security strategy is aligned with its business objectives. Collaborating with different departments, your expertise will help foster a culture of information security across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Security of Information, or related areas.
Experience in Information Security with a focus on policy definition and documentation, audits, and risk assessments.
Solid knowledge of information security standards and frameworks (LGPD, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
Ability to develop and maintain organizational security controls.
Understanding of corporate risk management related to IT and cybersecurity.
Experience in incident management, particularly cyber incidents from a procedural and regulatory standpoint.

Nice To Haves

Desirable postgraduate degree or specialization in Information Security, LGPD, or Risk Management.
Desired certifications: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, ITIL Foundation or higher, CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control).
Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools is a plus.
