About The Position

Wells Fargo is back in the office collaborating to fabulous outcomes! This is a hybrid position in the office three days a week. This role has no visa sponsorship or visa transfers. About this role Wells Fargo is seeking a Security Engineer to support ongoing efforts to enhance and maintain enterprise security capabilities. In this role, you will: Lead or participate in computer security incident response activities for moderately complex events Conduct technical investigations of security incidents and perform post‑incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend mitigation strategies Provide security consulting for medium‑sized internal projects to ensure alignment with corporate information security policy and standards Design, document, test, maintain, and recommend resolution strategies for moderately complex security solutions across: Networking Cryptography Cloud Authentication and directory services Email and internet technologies Applications and endpoint security Review and correlate security logs Apply deep subject‑matter knowledge to implement components of information security including availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity Identify security vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate remediation options Collaborate with peers and leaders to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience , or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years of experience developing IAM solutions in cloud service providers (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services)

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management technologies (Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory)
  • 3+ years of experience developing and integrating Identity as a Service and on‑prem authentication technologies
  • 3+ years of experience with Zero Trust, Azure AD Security, RBAC, PBAC, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience engineering solutions integrating on‑prem technologies with cloud
  • 3+ years of experience with authentication tools such as Windows Credential Provider, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JWT, and Kerberos
  • 3+ years of IT applications and systems experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies
  • 3+ years of experience working with PowerShell, Graph API, and enterprise applications in Microsoft Azure
  • 3+ years of engineering and project experience
  • Hybrid work model: part onsite, part telecommute
  • May require off‑hours support for system changes, issue investigations, and coordination with offshore team members
