Requirements

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science.
• 2+ years of technical cybersecurity experience with at least 1 year of endpoint security engineering experience
• Experience in Security or IT endpoint administration
• Experience with software and config deployment technologies like BigFix, SCCM, Tanium, Ansible, Puppet, etc.
• Basic understanding of one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with at least one scripting language (Python, Powershell, Bash, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop an agent health and remediation process by which endpoints with deficient endpoint security health are identified and remediated
• Lead global agent health monitoring and remediation activities
• Leverage IT security tooling to deploy and remove software applications
• Collect and document the health criteria for each respective endpoint security agent and report on health metrics globally
• Leverage automation to ensure the deployment, monitoring, and logging of endpoint security technology globally.
