Requirements

  • 4-6 years of access management or systems administration experience as an Information Security Administrator in a financial services firm
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices
  • Skilled in SQL, MS Office Suite, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory
  • Proficiency in managing and provisioning entitlements within IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta Identity Cloud, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, and/or Ping Identity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to access requests for users across the firm
  • Oversee the accurate and timely completion of access requests for applications, operating systems, and maintain role based access control (RBAC)
  • Document and maintain procedures
  • Perform access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and violations
  • Produce regular reporting for management and various oversight functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements
  • Ensure GSA governance standards are applied for account creation across the firm
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM processes with other security systems and applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements
  • Create, modify, and terminate user accounts, roles, and entitlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
