The Commercial discipline is responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and providing industry subject matter expertise and advisory to both clients and internal teams. This strategic and consultative team creates meaningful relationships with clients through their combined knowledge of IT services and industry trends and pain points. Members include business development staff of all levels, client partners, alliances and partnerships managers, industry advisors, and operational leads. The Senior Industry Advisor is a specialist role at the heart of Endava’s business strategy. This role demands an individual who brings deep industry expertise, an extensive industry network, and robust client engagement skills to bolster Endava’s credibility and assist in business development. A Senior Industry Advisor acts as a catalyst, using their knowledge to open doors and help seal deals with new and existing clients. This individual must possess both a breadth and depth of knowledge and relationships in payments, across all form factors (card issuing, merchant acquiring, ACH, Wire, Instant Payments, et al) and all stakeholder groups (merchants, business, processors, banks, et al).
