Make an Impact as a Senior Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Picture your afternoon starting at 3pm in our Ripon, WI manufacturing campus. You open the CMMS to review work orders, prioritize a preventive maintenance task on a conveyor line, and then pivot to troubleshoot a pump that’s impacting throughput. By evening, you’ve welded a small bracket to stabilize a guard, verified hydraulic pressures match spec, and run technical tests to confirm everything is safe and efficient. You wrap up by logging precise data that helps us reduce downtime tomorrow. Location, Schedule, and Pay On-site in Ripon, WI Standard Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1am Compensation: Hourly Rate $35.38 - $38.18, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Requirements

Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience
Computer proficiency to locate parts and document work in a CMMS
Comfort with standing for extended periods, as well as sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, and bending
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain complex production machinery using hand/power tools and precision instruments, guided by diagrams, manuals, and OEM specifications
Diagnose and service motors; advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems; pumps; and conveyor/production equipment
Perform welding to support maintenance and repair work
Commission and set up new machines according to established protocols
Execute regular technical testing to verify safety, performance, and reliability
Capture and analyze machine data to spot trends and recommend actions that cut downtime
Create and manage work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Demonstrate expert working knowledge of production equipment and systems
