Weekend and evening shifts are a requirement for this position Curate Culture Emulate a thorough understanding of Climb’s Mission and how it applies to the customer's journey Dedication to customer service, organization, and risk management daily in an effort to enact Climb’s Vision Strong teamwork and communication skills Dress according to staff attire standards Use the AMGA belay technique at all times Open and close the gym facility Details Matter Perform, and train all guide responsibilities Point of Sale (RGP) proficiency Perform belay lessons and belay approval tests according to Climb standards Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to incident reporting process Curate and maintain high level of culture and community Oversee opening, general operation and closing of cash registers and RGP computer systems Delegate, and check cleanliness and upkeep of the facility Accurately sell, record, and oversee the sale of products and memberships Attentively and effectively field customer questions, comments and concerns Ensure and enforce customer compliance with rules and procedures Be well versed in gym promotions, memberships, specials, retail and policies Work any number of lock-ins and special events throughout the year Maintain a valid CPR/First Aid certification

Requirements

Weekend availability is a must
Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per week

Responsibilities

Perform, and train all guide responsibilities
Point of Sale (RGP) proficiency
Perform belay lessons and belay approval tests according to Climb standards
Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures
Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to incident reporting process
Curate and maintain high level of culture and community
Oversee opening, general operation and closing of cash registers and RGP computer systems
Delegate, and check cleanliness and upkeep of the facility
Accurately sell, record, and oversee the sale of products and memberships
Attentively and effectively field customer questions, comments and concerns
