As a Senior IMS Systems Programmer at Ensono, you will provide premium software support and services to our mainframe clients, specifically focusing on Mainframe IMS systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support for their IMS and related OEM software products. You will be responsible for fulfilling customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and in accordance with Ensono's standards. Your expertise will be essential in providing primary upgrade support for IMS and related products, as well as assisting in the onboarding of new clients with respect to IMS systems. In this position, you will follow established procedures for installing OEM software products, ensuring that installations are conducted efficiently and according to best practices. You will also be expected to adhere to a schedule that effectively manages resources, allowing for timely implementations and compliance with ITSM change control procedures. Your role will require you to develop innovative strategies and processes for IMS systems programming, ensuring that Ensono remains a leader in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in IMS administration and systems programming support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving IMS system and database issues. You will act as an ambassador for Ensono, working closely with clients to address their IMS-related needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide expert guidance will be key to your success in this role.
