ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line to provide exceptional on-boarding experiences to clients for Employment Tax. Your #1 goal is to help the implementation team and their clients have a successful implementation of their Employment Tax product. The nature of what you do every day will not change, but every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. You will need to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate clearly with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
