Atlassian is hiring a detail-oriented Implementation Project Manager to lead and execute customer implementation projects for our SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in project management, customer onboarding, or SaaS implementation who thrives in a hands-on role and ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to execute pre-defined service offerings that drive successful deployments. You will manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure that customers achieve key milestones.

  • Lead and manage multiple complex, high-stakes SaaS implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Sales, to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.
  • 5+ years of experience within SaaS companies or similar product organizations or technology consulting firms with a focus on technical integrations.
  • 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Success customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience with implementing Atlassian products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, integration methods, and security considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor project teams.
  • PMP Certification, Agile Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner), or similar credential required.
  • Current Atlassian Certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese, for business communication.
