As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of enterprise implementation engagements by combining strategic project management with deep product expertise. You'll work consultatively with customers to guide them through their digital transformation—setting clear expectations, managing change, and architecting solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Paperless Parts Platform. This role requires both the tactical discipline to manage scope, timeline, and budget, and the technical curiosity to understand our product deeply enough to solution alongside customers and unlock long-term value. This is a full-time position based in the Boston, MA office with a hybrid schedule requiring on-site presence.
