The Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of IFS projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success of the project. The Project Manager is acting on behalf of IFS as a focal point of expertise to ensure the Value Realization to the Customer and Revenue Generation to IFS. Key to this is a firm understanding of Project Management in general and the IFS Methodologies in particular, highlighting the ability to gain trust from both the Customer and the IFS teams. The Project Manager enjoys the challenge of being the key driver, decision maker, engager, and motivator in projects, while consistently having control of both short- and long-term revenue realization along with set KPIs.

  • Demonstrate expertise in interpreting and applying IFS contract structures.
  • Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans while ensuring financial and timeline adherence.
  • Strategically allocate resources to optimize project delivery efficiency.
  • Set up and oversee project governance structures, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Own project status reporting to the Project Steering Group and key stakeholders.
  • Lead risk management efforts, proactively mitigating project challenges.
  • Assess Change Requests and coordinate necessary adjustments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on IFS Success Offerings to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage team coordination, delegation, and workload balancing for optimal project delivery.
  • Evaluate team performance, providing guidance on skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Drive team cohesion through consistent communication and methodology application.
  • Contribute actively to industry knowledge sharing within the Project Management network.
  • Develop deep industry insights and apply them to project execution and client interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Oversee project quality and adherence to the IFS Implementation Methodology, ensuring effective planning, direction, and execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the project consulting team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Solution Architect to define clear implementation activities for each project phase.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within IFS and externally, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Act as a key communication bridge between stakeholders, senior management, and project teams.
  • Strengthen coordination between the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Leads to ensure alignment throughout the project.
  • Identify opportunities beyond core project scope and collaborate with Sales for follow-up.
  • Understand key customer drivers and align IFS solutions to support and enhance their value proposition.
  • Apply a commercial mindset to maximize customer value for IFS in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Motivate the project team, provide direction, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve targets.
  • Manage conflicts effectively to maintain project momentum.
  • Respond to challenges with political awareness and professionalism.
  • University degree in a technical discipline, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management.
  • Prior experience in managing ERP implementation projects (preferably full lifecycles).
  • Experience in working with C-level (Principal to Senior Principal).
  • Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written).
  • Solid knowledge of IFS Software.
  • Participation in implementation of IFS Products.
  • Specific Industry knowledge from target industries.
  • Experience in delivering a broad range of IFS Consulting Services.
  • Experience in conducting projects using an Agile methodology would be an asset.
  • Certification in one of other Project Management methodologies Prince2 or PMP would be an asset.
  • Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 + Bonus.
