About The Position

Zocks AI is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join our Solutions Delivery team and play a pivotal role in driving success for our enterprise Financial Services clients. This is an ownership role designed for a high-impact technical leader who can engage executive stakeholders, influence program decisions and deliver outcomes for strategic clients. As a Senior IM, you will lead our most complex, multi-stakeholder deployments, serving as the bridge between our product’s capabilities and the client’s business transformation. You are a technical problem-solver who thrives on navigating complex organizations and structuring projects and communications to accelerate platform adoption. You should love working directly with customers, thrive in fast-moving environments, and get energy from solving hard problems under pressure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or technical delivery roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deployments and manage competing priorities without losing momentum.
  • Excellent communication skills, equally effective with engineers or C-suite executives.
  • Deep ownership mindset: you don't wait for problems to solve themselves
  • You exhibit strong customer-facing skills and can navigate high-pressure environments with composure and empathy.
  • Strong API and systems integration experience; comfortable reading logs and navigating technical ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Financial Services workflows (e.g., wealth management, insurance) and compliance-sensitive requirements.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and working knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
  • Exposure to enterprise tools like Salesforce, Office 365, Redtail, Wealthbox, and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise implementations with full accountability for timelines, scope, and high-impact outcomes.
  • Run discovery sessions to define technical requirements, design scalable integration solutions tailored to enterprise FinServ needs and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Set and track measurable success metrics such as adoption and usage to ensure clients go live fast and see immediate value.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor to key client stakeholders, pushing toward best practices while adapting to real-world constraints.
  • Architect and execute API integrations across client systems, including CRMs, VoIP systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical blockers; you are expected to troubleshoot integrations directly rather than just escalating them.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to test, document, and ship improvements that unlock customer value and improve deployability.
  • Develop and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes to raise the bar on delivery standards.
  • Act as a mentor to Associate and Mid-level Implementation Managers, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts to drive understanding and adoption among non-technical executive stakeholders.
