About The Position

The Senior Sales Specialist, Gastroenterology for Immunology at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for achieving sales objectives by presenting complex clinical and business information about immunology products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers in the Central and West Los Angeles Territory. This role involves executing marketing strategies, building customer loyalty, and influencing key decision-makers to support the use of the company's products in treating relevant disease states.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling injectable / infused products.
  • Working knowledge of immunology and/or the Gastroenterology field.
  • Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues.
  • Experience in project-oriented selling situations in a high incentive and individual performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Attain sales objectives by presenting complex clinical and business information to healthcare professionals.
  • Execute franchise and company brand strategy within the assigned customer segment.
  • Influence decision makers and influencers to support the use of the company's products.
  • Execute local marketing strategies and leverage resources effectively.
  • Build customer loyalty by cultivating relationships with key decision makers.
