Senior Imaging Specialist
About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-quality document conversion processes and ensuring the technical accuracy of digital assets for our clients. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Lead document digitization projects by overseeing the sorting, prepping, and high-volume scanning of records to deliver high-quality, searchable digital images. Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to optimize workflows and resolve technical indexing issues, ensuring timely project completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in document imaging, records management, or a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of imaging hardware and software, including familiarity with professional-grade scanners and data entry applications.
- Proven ability in technical problem-solving and maintaining high accuracy rates under tight production deadlines.
