Senior Imaging Applications Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Imaging Applications Analyst to lead and support TRA's radiology imaging platforms, including PACS, RIS, and related systems. Location: Onsite in Downtown Tacoma, WA. Free, secure parking is provided. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Limited on-call rotation. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting clinical imaging systems
- Hands-on expertise with PACS/RIS, DICOM, and HL7 protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Solid understanding of radiology workflows, especially outpatient
- Excellent communication skills across technical and clinical teams

Responsibilities
- Implement, support, and optimize IntelePACS, Clario, LaurelBridge, and MedInformatix RIS
- Manage system integrations and interfaces (DICOM, HL7)
- Ensure system availability, performance, and documentation standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues and maintain system configurations
- Collaborate with radiologists, clinical staff, IT peers, vendors, and leadership
- Identify and implement innovative imaging technologies
- Monitor ticket queues and manage support tasks proactively
