About The Position

The Information Security Senior SailPoint Engineer at Toyota Financial Services is a critical role focused on delivering strategic identity security solutions to enhance the security posture of the organization. This position involves designing, implementing, and managing SailPoint solutions while collaborating with various teams to ensure secure development and deployment of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. The role emphasizes innovation, best practices, and hands-on development within a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Java, Beanshell, and REST APIs.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
• Proficiency in IAM lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance concepts.
• Experience ensuring IAM solutions are compliant with industry standards such as SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, particularly in financial services.
• Proficiency in the design, installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint products and modules.
• Proven track record of working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certifications, or ISC2 certifications (CISSP, CCSP).
• Prior experience in Risk and Compliance within the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry.
• Experience integrating IAM with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, secure SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions, including enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Governance, Incident Response) to design, implement, and support end-to-end identity solutions.
• Work with the Governance team to ensure all IAM solutions meet the organization's risk, security, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of multi-year IAM roadmaps alongside Product Owners, aligning with Toyota's broader security objectives.
• Actively participate in Sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, ensuring IAM deliverables are timely and aligned with business needs.
• Provide advanced technical support during security incidents involving IAM or identity-related breaches.
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes and objectives, recommending SailPoint solutions that bridge security capability gaps.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SailPoint updates, and emerging IAM technologies.
