Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 6-8 years of experience as a Software engineer with a demonstrated ability and experience to work independently, leading and/or mentoring junior technical professionals.
• Strong experience with mobile iOS development, and programming skills in Swift and Objective-C.
• Experience and knowledge of mobile UI frameworks like UIkit, SwiftUI, SwiftData, and Core Data strongly preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of React and AWS Cloud-native architectures including API Gateway, Lambda, GraphQL, AppSync, EventBridge, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, EKS, MSK, Cloudformation preferred.
• AWS certifications are a plus.
• Experience delivering Infrastructure as Code using CDK and Serverless preferred.
• Experience with web development, mobile development, or software engineering projects as part of educational curriculum preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for engineering teams and contribute to the definition, design, development, integration, test and documentation of the product and its features in alignment with established technology and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, cyber security, data, and others to implement architectures that encompass broad perspectives and requirements.
• Coach & mentor junior and emerging product team members so they can all leverage software engineering best practices to ensure high standard of quality for all the team deliverables.
• Automate build, test, and deploy code and build pipelines.
• Build testing automation and associated processes (Unit test coverage, testing automation, pipeline automation, code scanning, etc.) into the software product.
• Work in a agile team environment to iteratively delivery value.
