About The Position

We are seeking several highly motivated and experienced Senior Hydrogeologists with 7 or more years of professional experience with groundwater. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical foundation in hydrogeology and demonstrate advanced expertise in areas such as groundwater flow, contaminant transport, and field techniques. Key Responsibilities Groundwater Flow and Contaminant Transport Lead advanced assessments and modeling of groundwater flow and contaminant transport processes. Conduct complex data analysis and develop robust simulations to predict and manage groundwater movement and quality. Conceptual Site Model (CSM) Development Oversee the development and refinement of CSMs for project planning and decision-making. Synthesize geological, hydrological, and environmental data into accurate, comprehensive models. Monitoring Well Design and Installation Design and manage the installation of monitoring wells in diverse geological settings. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in well construction and data collection. Field Execution and Data Analysis Supervise and execute aquifer and slug testing, including planning, implementation, and data interpretation. Direct hydrogeologic field investigations, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance. Groundwater-Surface Water Interaction Analyze complex interactions between groundwater and surface water systems. Evaluate the implications of these interactions on water resources and environmental conditions. Reporting and Communication Prepare high-level technical reports, summaries, and client presentations. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience in groundwater-related projects.
