Requirements
- 2+ Years of HVAC Experience (Look at our maintenance role if you're getting into the field)
- You take pride in your work and love solving problems
- You're a team player with strong communication skills
- You treat customers with respect and aim to deliver 5-star service every time
- Safe Driving Record Required - We Value Safety and Experience!
- At least three years of U.S. driving experience
- No major violations in the past three years , such as DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions
- A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents
Responsibilities
- Install and service high-efficiency HVAC systems in customers' homes
- Keep communication flowing with your team and dispatch
- Stay organized-clean truck, updated inventory, accurate paperwork
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent calls professionally
- Train regularly and keep your certifications up to date-we've got your back on this
