Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required (10+ years preferred)
• Strong proficiency with chillers, RTUs, and package units
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• EPA Certification required
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and package units
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Walker White Mechanical onsite
