About The Position

We offer full-time, year-round work with a pay range of $20 - $35 per hour, and the earning potential exceeds $150K/year based on performance. Insurance is available after 31 days, including low-cost medical (as low as $5/week), dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and a 401(k) with company match. Requirements

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
