About The Position

DASMEN Residential is seeking a full time HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as an HVAC Service Technician specializing in residential systems.
• Gas experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer experiences.
• Must hold a valid EPA certification and HVAC technician license.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Gas experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on residential air conditioning systems
• Identify and resolve HVAC system issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough system evaluations to ensure safe and optimal performance.
• Provide clear, professional communication to build trust while explaining system issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all services performed.
