Skadden is seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. This position will perform full cycle recruitment for Business Services Professional positions in the New York and White Plains offices. Leads the coordination of internship programs and Legal Practice Assistant hiring. Oversees the on-boarding and orientation of new hires. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will participate in the exit interview process, and serve as a resource to all Firm personnel by responding to inquiries regarding Human Resources recruitment practices and/or Firm policies and procedures. This position will be based in our New York office and has a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
