KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Senior Human Resources Project Manager to lead program and project management across the HR function. This role sits on the HR Leadership Team and is accountable for driving complex HR initiatives—from annual strategic priorities to high-impact, cross-functional programs—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You will partner closely with HR leaders, Global HR, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into execution, embed disciplined project management practices, and enable continuous improvement across the HR organization.
