Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resource (HR) Operations Representative to support the Separations Services team. The role works closely with internal stakeholders such as HR Operations, HR Consulting Partners, Employee Relations, Compliance and Legal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on Separation Services processes in a timely and accurate manner, leading logical conclusions to inquiries, executing against required data received and record maintenance, and supporting Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives. You will use process expertise to resolve escalated complex issues, provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes, and understand and adhere to functional policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders, collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, and interact with internal customers to provide quality service. You will receive direction from managers and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The role requires the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information, and work with leaders and team members at all levels and across functional lines.
