In this corporate office, dynamic setting, each decision matters, and your expertise will be fully utilized. Would you like to be a part of our team? If so, as our experienced HR Generalist you will: Develop and improve several aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll and other HR areas. Coach and support managers, supervisors, and employees, providing guidance on disciplinary matters, investigations, and terminations while adhering to and upholding Kellan policies and procedures. Partner with our restaurant units to provide advice, training, and support on various HR functions. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Process bi-weekly payroll and work with managers to ensure all employees are paid accurately and timely. Implement, organize, and maintain policies and procedures related to the HR department. Be an innovative force when solving the bizarre, unimaginable situations that will come up. Serve in other areas as needed, such as unofficial lawyer, counselor, teacher, peacemaker, detective, etc. And if you couldn't tell, you should have a good sense of humor!
