About The Position
As a Senior HR Generalist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce. You will report directly to our HR Services Director and work out of our Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.
