The Senior Human Resources (“HR”) Generalist has overall responsibility for the HR function as it relates to all Cummins-Wagner (C-W) employees with primary ownership of the Cummins-Wagner payroll system (ADP Workforce Now). The Senior Generalist will also assist in all other HR subject areas as needed. This Senior Generalist's role serves as the primary point of contact for all payroll issues and acts as the liaison between Cummins-Wagner and ADP. Demonstrate financial and business acumen Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Has a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or a related field Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Has a strong familiarity with employment law and Affirmative Action requirements Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
