Boeing's Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Strategy and Integration Lead to join their team supporting the BGS HR Vice President (VP) and BGS HR organization. This role can be based in Plano, TX; Berkeley, MO; Dallas, TX; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; Renton, WA; San Antonio, TX; Seattle, WA; Jacksonville, FL or North Charleston, SC. As part of a team leading project management, delivery and cross HR integration, you will utilize data analysis and insight in forming longer term objectives and priority planning and deliver solutions and support in multiple areas. Strategic understanding of the business and attention to detail are paramount to success in this role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
• 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
• 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
• 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
• 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
• Experience looking across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
• Experience using a strategic mindset to drive actions proactively and execute on business needs

Responsibilities

• Provide daily executive support to the BGS HR VP to align, connect, and coordinate business activities
• Provide recommendations to BGS HR VP for operational and strategic decisions in the organization
• Lead, support, and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, etc.)
• Drive rigor into operating rhythm, assess effectiveness, identify risks and provide recommendations
• Facilitate and plan agendas for weekly BGS HR staff meetings, integration meetings and other key meetings that support the BGS HR VP and HR team
• Communicate and collaborate with BGS HR, functional HR, and business teams on deliverables, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
• Utilize dashboards and metrics to support business needs
• Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives and goals
• Provide day-to-day support, coaching and guidance to BGS HR team in developing HR solutions to address organizational and talent needs
