About The Position
Our UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside HR team is searching for a Senior Human Resources Consultant to join their crew! This is a regular, full-time position that works daylight hours in a hybrid work setting. In this role, the Senior HR Consultant will support our Center for Emergency Medicine along with a few other hospital departments. Daily job responsibilities may include supporting staff and managers with employee relations matters, handling employee investigations and corrective action, working on retention and engagement initiatives, and partnering with leaders to provide consultation on coaching and mentorship. Additionally, the Senior HR Consultant will support HR projects, employee workgroups, and new hire orientation.
