About The Position
The Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in engaging with both hourly and salaried manufacturing teams, as well as corporate HR leadership. This senior leadership position is integral to the Plant Leadership Team and focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and HR excellence. The Sr. HRBP is responsible for ensuring the plant has the necessary talent to meet production needs, leading performance management processes, and managing employee relations strategies.
