About The Position

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s culture, driving talent acquisition and retention strategies, and fostering an environment that promotes team member growth and development. This position is a remote role, based in Austin, Texas with occasional travel to our offices in Houston & Dallas/Ft. Worth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader in multi-site / multi-state environment required.
  • Ability to operate as a people leader in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Warm and effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced HR degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies with the Company’s overall mission, vision, and business objectives as outlined by the CHRO.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that support organizational growth and success.
  • Lead the HR team in executing programs and policies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution processes in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Address team member concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • In partnership with C-suite, foster team member engagement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace culture.
  • Partner with HR leadership and organization to support talent development for retention.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.
  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure the Company’s compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks and promote a culture of ethical conduct and integrity.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to design and implement relevant training programs.
  • Review onboarding orientation to enhance effective training styles and programs for knowledge retention and engagement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
