Position Summary: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic consultant and thought partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational priorities to drive performance, engagement, and workforce effectiveness. This role provides advanced partnership on complex workforce issues including workforce planning, culture, leadership development, and change enablement while translating enterprise initiatives and business objectives into actionable strategies within assigned departments or business lines. The Sr. HRBP leverages data-driven insights, organizational knowledge, business acumen and impactful consultative skills to influence outcomes, foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, and ensure HR programs are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations.
