The position serves as a Business Partner and management advisor to designated client groups, focusing on aligning organizational and business strategy with human capital strategy. The role involves formulating partnerships throughout the organization and across the HR function to deliver value-added consulting and services to leadership and employees, reflecting Navy Federal’s overall goals, strategies, mission, vision, and culture. The individual will provide advisory support to smaller and/or moderately complex departments and may collaborate with Principal and AVP Business Partners to support the most complex departments and relationships with Management Council executives.
