The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and consultative partner to one or more lines of business, with a strong focus on supporting complex organizational growth and transformation. In this role, the HRBP plays a key leadership role in enabling successful Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) by driving integration strategy, aligning people practices, and fostering cultural alignment by serving as a critical liaison between the transformation team, business leaders, and HR functions.
