About The Position
At DHL Global Forwarding, PEOPLE are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner who is passionate about enhancing the employee experience through innovative programs and strategic support. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you'll provide day-to-day HR support and counsel to various teams, covering areas such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee and labor relations, employee communications, and safety and employment documentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring the consistent application of policies and procedures and serve as a vital link between internal departments and external organizations.
